Lease Management: Managing leases with tenants including rent collection, lease renewals/negotiations/terminations ensuring compliance with legal requirements. 7. Budgeting and Financial Management: Preparing budgets for operating expenses related to property maintenance; monitoring expenditures; identifying cost-saving opportunities where possible. 8. Sustainability Initiatives: Implementing energy-efficient practices like using LED lighting fixtures or installing smart HVAC controls to reduce environmental impact while saving costs in the long run. 9. Tenant Relations/Services: Addressing tenant queries/concerns promptly; coordinating with vendors/service providers for any necessary repairs/services requested by tenants. 10. Project Management: Overseeing renovations or construction projects within the property; coordinating contractors/vendors involved in these projects.
